pagalPDF provides online PDF processing tools including but not limited to:

• PDF compression and optimization
• Document format conversion
• PDF editing and annotation

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not upload malicious files or content
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not attempt to reverse engineer our services

Note: Creating an account is optional. All our PDF tools are available for free use without requiring registration. Accounts are only needed if you want to save your preferences or access additional features in the future.

4. Limitations of Liability

pagalPDF shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. We provide the service "as is" without warranties of any kind.

5. Data Processing

Files uploaded to our service are processed temporarily and automatically deleted after processing. We do not store your documents permanently. All processing happens in memory or temporary storage that is cleared immediately after the operation completes.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users.
