PDFs are notoriously hard to edit. Once created, they're like images—you can't just click and change text. But sometimes you need to fix a typo, update information, or add content without recreating the entire document.
Our PDF editor lets you add text, images, shapes, and annotations to existing PDFs. You can't edit existing text directly (that would require the source file), but you can overlay new content, highlight sections, add notes, or insert pages.
What You Can Do
Add text boxes anywhere on the page for corrections or additions. Insert images to include logos, photos, or diagrams. Draw shapes and lines to highlight or annotate. Add sticky notes for comments. Rotate, resize, and position everything exactly where you need it.
Think of it like adding layers on top of your PDF. The original content stays underneath, and your edits appear on top. Perfect for marking up documents, adding corrections, or personalizing PDFs.

Understanding Limitations
You can't edit existing text in the PDF—that text is essentially an image. To change existing words, you'd need the original source file (Word, etc.). But you can add new text boxes, cross things out, or add annotations.
For major edits, consider converting the PDF to Word, editing there, then converting back. For minor additions and annotations, the editor works perfectly.
PDF Editing Questions
Can I delete existing content?
You can't truly delete existing PDF content, but you can cover it with white shapes or text boxes. For actual deletion, you'd need to use a tool that can extract and rebuild pages, or work with the source file.
Will my edits print?
Yes, all edits are embedded in the PDF and will appear when printing. They become part of the document, not just screen overlays.
Can I edit multiple pages?
Yes, you can navigate between pages and add edits to any page. Each page can have its own text, images, and annotations.
What if I make a mistake?
You can undo changes, delete added elements, or start over. The original PDF isn't modified until you save, so you can experiment freely.
